At present, there are a number of=class action settlements in the financial industry. Such settlements inclu=e
foreign exchange, Libor, Euroyen transactions, as they are referred to i= settlement agreements. I include the link below

Through=my collaboration with the China Council for the Promotion of International=Trade/China Chamber of
International Commerce and the China Banking Associ=tion, we have filed claims for a couple of Chinese banks.
However, I belie=e that most of the major Chinese banks have valid claims in the case.
