Almost all people I know in Croatia have bank accounts in Switzerland. Also many companies in Croatia are using Switzerland bank - odd but fact. For better or worse, this was the reason that sent so many in chapter 11- they all took huge loans on swiss franks, and when swiss franks went so much up - many of them went down.
