My recollection was that you and I had talke= about price and then the other buys or sells.. that how i came to=C2 the 9 m. . As the place is currently seen to=be me by the locals. , it had become annoying to listen to th= complaints of bad maintenance. rusted rails. old paint . etc and d=ngerous, evenings , and thought i would paint clean and make f=esh. . .
