O= I found out that I can get Local WAPA water since I'm on a Main road= They told me to check for ground piping around the house and I have one. I=E2440m going back to WAPA in the morning to see how fast they can unlock=it 0 once that's done I can clean out all the Cisterns &=repair all the cracks.
