The reason is because I think he doesn't •ow half of the story and comparing my salary as equal or below to ppl who =orks in external relations / event team. But I am External Relations and P=ogram assistant ( water diplomacy) and do research and writing so in compa=ison to other program assistants who was also recently hired, I get paid t=e peanuts (while there is no struggle with my funding).
