I got the distinct =mpression that he has made little progress on finding his own counsel =s he mentioned that a discussion with his own counsel would need to =ait until January. I asked Harry to consider naming Richard as the successor =rustee on the basis that Richard is a trustee with a great deal of =xperience, he has your trust, and he is a permitted independent trustee =ccording to the terms of the trust. EFTA_R1_01702055 EFTA02547651 If we are to make progress on finding a =uccessor to Max we need to either a) have a call with Max and Harry =arly next week; b) your daughters need to agree to remove both Max and =arry and leave the appointment up to you; or c) institute a court =ction for removal. I do not think we should wait until Harry =inds his own counsel. I do not think we should institute a court =ction until we get the list of potential successor trustees from Max =nd have had a chance to review it together.
