Communications: The t=lco side of VIVA will not be in operation on St. Thomas for at least anoth=r 4 to 6 months. I am looking in to a VOiP System (using the internet vs a=tual phone lines) that will integrate with the existing digital system to =estore telephone service for LSJ Internet over =11 -I am still waiting on the 3 vendors for quotes to replace LS= WiFi grid. -Areas that don't have internet due to fib=r damage (ie Flagpole pool) will be set up with a wireless bridge to bring=them back online. Cecile will assist me in puffin= pressure on some of the vendors to get things moving in a forward directi=n.
