I reached out to the 71st team for any upda=es on progress, as of date & time I have not received a response, henc= some items may have been completed A= already mentioned the areas which require the most work are the Mech=Storage Bays, noting there has been a great deal of progress in the Sub Ce=lar over the last fews weeks Carlos &=mp; Arline have a good understanding of what needs to be completed & h=ve a great work ethic, so hopefully things can start moving along.,=A0 Merwin did get a contractor in for=the leak in the Cellar Kitchen last Thursday, he was suppose to complete t=e fix on Friday Merwin also got a contracto= in for the Sub Cellar Chiller, which was making the noise & from all =ccounts that is running correctly As Karyna=knows, some changes have been made to how the intercom for the front door =s received, although we both agree this does help in some areas, it does n=t solve the main issue of not having to have someone close to the front do=r.
