One of the invoice= that Deborah sent us was about reversion of copyrights grants. Noam=has assigned me the copyright of one of his books "Who rules the Worl=" and that is being already the target of a law that allows reversion=of copyrights grant. Also the lawyers keep saying that = am getting Noam's whole estate (meaning one of his two IRAs in Noam&e=9;s name and meaning the one that was being used for family members distri=utions, Wellfleet rent in the amount of $50,000, other family expenses and=our own expenses, therefore being depleted at a high speed). And I h=ve an additional concern about the veracity of the facts: whatever is left=of it, as I am still not an American citizen, will be subjected to taxes a=d since this IRA is being considered as the only estate Noam has, wouldn&ff=9;t all the expenses and taxes have to be paid from it, possibly bringing =t to zero or worse, to negative, therefore whatever asset we would have ou= of this (such as our new house, under a mortgage), could be requested to =ay debts? Just trying to understand the situation=as we have been kept in dark by lawyers and accountants. It seems they hav= declared Noam as incompetent and incapable and are making all the decisio=s under someone's else guidance. Yes, we are =till in Cambridge.
