And I have a= additional concern about the veracity of the facts: whatever is left of i=, as I am still not an American citizen, will be subjected to taxes and si=ce this IRA is being considered as the only estate Noam has, wouldn't =11 the expenses and taxes have to be paid from it, possibly bringing it to=zero or worse, to negative, therefore whatever asset we would have out of =his (such as our new house, under a mortgage), could be requested to pay d=bts? Just trying to understand the situation as w= have been kept in dark by lawyers and accountants. It seems they have dec=ared Noam as incompetent and incapable and are making all the decisions un=er someone's else guidance.
