He is reported to =ave sold at least one business some years ago for $100 mi=lion but to have other interests with city contracts. His h=use on Everglades Island is worth around $10 million in thi= market. Mrs Cunningham has =he same 175 ft you do on the lake but her lot has 30'=20more depth east to west (220 ft vs 190 ft.)
