Can we officially accept the FMI/Roche tender at $137/share in cash?

I bought $1MM of the Exela bonds at $102.875 (9.12% y=eld). Will work another $1MM at a $102.50.

SPY calls =losed at $2.73. We paid $1.55. I am still holding them.
