I would like your permission to represent to him that he will b= provided with the above. He is balking at making the Massachusetts estimate until he receives thi= assurance. My and Max's brief email correspondence of y=sterday evening regarding the Massachusetts estimate (and confirmation tha= the federal payment has been sent) will follow this email. If you need time to consider this, please ensure that=you make the estimated tax payment by 12/31 directly to the Mass D.O.R. fr=m other funds, with the voucher that Matthew Mazotas sent yesterday via em=il and please let me know to keep me updated. I also discussed with Max the status of the list he =s preparing for a successor independent trustee. His belief is that = corporate trustee may not be willing to serve given the asset size of the=trusts. As a result he is considering lawyers who serve as trustee. He is not knowledgeable regarding the =urrent balance of your IRAs and this may influence him to include certain =orporate trustees on the list he is preparing for Harry.
