Re: Batch Plant
Mr Epstein,
Yes Sir I thought a=out that. I know we have had issues with PSI and the mix designs of =he concrete. I do have
experience pouring up to 1400 yards a day (24=hour shift) so I can oversee this directly to make sure its done
right.4)=A0 We have a few options here;
- I will operate t=e machine (temporarily) until I can train an operator we can t=ust (its as complex as running a grain
combine just need to track weights =nd do simple math)
- Purchase a product like Vita=Concrete - this has portland cement / sand / agg all mixed in we just brea= bags and add
water and I can calculate how many lbs we need to order befo=e pours
- Vita has premade mix designs up t= 5000 psi and if we need more (dont think we will) then we can use additiv=s like fly
ash to up the psi
Very Respectfully,</=iv>

Good Afternoon Gentle=en,
I went over to St John to see the two Carmix trucks=that are for sale and they are not worth buying.
They would need tot=I refurbishment to get them up and running properly. I have pictures=of them if anyone would like
me to send. I think if we want a mobile=batch plant / mixer we should order a new Carmix truck (5.5 XL) that can m=x 7
yards per batch. I have attached the specs on this truck to this=email.
Very Respectfully,
<=r>
