They have begun to do the more permanent work this week.<=div> 3. K=tchen - I was told by Daphne that Karyna ordered a new microwave (which is s=tting on LSJ), stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. 4. Carpet - as soon a= Jimmy completes the installation of the ceiling tiles and lights, the carp=t will be installed. 5. Baseboards - Jimmy has ordered them and they are o= their way. 6.
