I learned the following about Larry: </=iv> 1) has hasnkids U 2) Larry wife already briefly looked into private school 3) current) Larr onl works on Long Island S=nday - Thursday and spends 4 hours per day commuting as he currently lives i= 4) current salary is 133k and he recei=ed a 20k bonus 5) currently oversees 3 properties (all in t=e same town) 6) largest home is 45,000 which was built new&=bsp; 7) Larry said he oversaw the construction process and is kno=ledgeable with construction 8) Larry wife currently is home with k=ds but used to work as a private chef. Seems=like it could be a good fit. Not sure how locals will react to philli=inos as I do not recall us ever having that combination. Daphne and i have had multiple discussions about=having management broken down as: 1) someone overs=eing jee and home needs where Larry and wife can work great. With extra tim= Larry can assist with other roles below.. 2) cons=r ion management. Kyle can oversee projects and be assisted with Anna who=can deal with locals and possibly who can coordinate with Daphne t= keep kyle organized. 3) plant manager and e=ectrician. Hopefully Glidden can fall into place and begin to get his hands=dirty as he will be removed from coordinating barge runs and other silly ta=ks such as shopping that Brice had him doing. I land today around 2:30pm then will spend some time with Larry at the han=er. Will coordinate to meet vendors Monday a=d Tuesday as well.
