We already started implementing the project/space program in 3D on the land and we are resolving all problems as it pops up. This will take time as it is like we are building the building but in 3D software. Regarding the hill and flat surface issue, for sure we know very well that it is a hill and not a flat land. But again when we develop the design in 3D we will advise you where we will have "cut" and where we will have "fill" and where we need to "excavate" and where we will need to build a "sheer wall". Don't worry this is part of our job. We build projects and not only design. We did as well lots of development since our last Skype call so when we speak today we will present to you.
