JP is back but with the committee not agreeing to meet, CZM h=s basically been stuck. JP doesn't expect a public hearing for a=yone to happen until the end of January. We will probably see some m=vement at the beginning of the year. This is holding up a lot of gov=rnment projects as well. Its very very frustrating.
