The University has now fully closed its review process. My choice to retire at this time is dictated by the draconian regulations of the Arizona Boa=d of Regents, under which I would have only been allowed to actually confront and t=st the veracity of my accusers AFTER I would agree to be dismissed a= opposed to being allowed to retire. To be c=ear, I have never harassed or assaulted anyone and have most certainly not exhibited gender bias in my professional dealings at the University or elsewhere.
