The rational for all the other clauses is not give=. It should simply read "ASU shall terminate" =A6 they agree to do it as a part of this agreement. Pe=iod. wordsmit=ing: In item 1. The University isn=E2 t accepting my retirement. They are accepting my request to =etire.. so line 3 should say they are accepting my request to retire. =AO In the next line it should say Krauss shall tender his written request =o retire.. In item 6. It says "The =ean and the Dean".. this is not clear.. though not that imp=rtant..
