Instead of four full-time persons, she could be a solo lead in keepi=g a hawk's eye on the cleaning company and picking up whatever needs o=cur when they are not here, freeing me to focus on other things. I can des=gnate Okeam (Kilo - the young man who works very hard as my right hand per=on who was helping us in the tunnel) to help her as needed. This will sign=ficantly reduce the staffing needs in housekeeping while ensuring a tidy a=d well-stocked environment.
