If you c=n get the construction drawing for the other building that'll be great for the next development of the project. The project of the office as p=esented require some major modifications of the existing which request some=engineering studies; Do you have any idea about a local for that and how do=you imagine the works for architectural part: structure, roofing, MEP (air conditioning, electricity...), leg=l authorizations? For our part we start to look=for a general contractor qualified to manage all thing to our supervision a=d we will come to you as soon as possible to present a scope of services ac=ording this project.
