I have reviewed the Status sheet on our S76, Matt the Broker informed the en=ine overhaul is 4000 hours, which is 1500 hours away, long time for us, we f=y 75 hours a year max, however, Matt didn't mention the calendar l=mit is 180months / 15year, these engines will Be due Overhaul in Oct 15, 20=3 (about 3.8years away) cost $1M per engine, I spoke with Neil Humphrey (Randy Learners Heli Pilot) he told me TurboMeca t=e manufacture of the S76 aerial 2S2 engine installed on the 576C++ is possi=ly going to extend the Calendar requirement or only use Hard time 4000 over=aul, since the engines have been proven reliable., we can't count o= this, but wanted you aware. Neil also Informed that Aetna's 2 Heli Mechanics are the best in the=industry, I am meeting with the mechanics tomorrow morn at 10am. As well as=Matt the Broker. I'll know more tomorrow. I'd like to tell Matt we are firm at $2.85M our current offer, after=learning about the 2023 engine overhaul date, and use that against him. Thoughts?
