He wanted me t= use your Birth Certificate as documentation, to see if it would work on hi= end, however, there is no official selection to insert Birth Cert, for EAPIS, th= only selection I could use is "No Document presented" and i=sert your Birth Cert number in the proper area, Gerry wants me to file this EAPIS, I wanted your confirmation this is OK? Plus I would require your Birth Certificate number? Do you approve?
