A cottage was not required for Remainder A, but Anna showed me an ima=e of one by the pool area we were planning and it made sense to put it in =ow, as JP would likely not allow another minor permit. It is the addition =f the cottages that requires all of the additional information CZM wants, =articularly the sewage treatment plant and the foundation plan.
