There is no way around submitting Mr. Epstien's tax returns as part of the AYH application for extension tax
incentives. Mr. Epstein's tax returns will have to be submitted in connection with the AYH application. Only the
Applications Division will review the tax returns as part of the application review process, thereafter the tax returns will
be held in the Legal Division under lock and key. We have placed AYH on the June 5th Public Hearing agenda to move
the application forward, therefore please submit by close of business on Tuesday, May 29th.
