As for the specifics of disclosure, what I need to consider is (a) wh=t your income was in 2017, since that was the basis for the tax payments y=u seek to have reimbursed, (b) what your income is likely to be this year =nd going forward, (c) what your expenses were in 2017 and are likely to be=in 2018, and (d) whether any of your income (or other resources) are being u=ed for purposes that the trust cannot support (such as gifts to third part=es) Does this mean that Noam can=ot give me any gifts even if from other sources than not the marital trust= Are they imposing that Noam doesn't give me any gift, even if f=om other sources, such as the IRA or his salary or royalties, as a conditi=n to release money from the marital trust to Noam?
