I truly enjoy working for you and your staff is great. The properties are spectacular and is see so many places where I could implement improvements. I know it did not work out on the island last time, but as we both know, it has been proven by multiple people that LSJ is not an easy nut to crack. Hence my recommendation that the director is not supposed to physically run the island, but set guidelines for Island Managers. The school start up date is very flexible, and I would not have an issue with offering you a 3 month trial period to show that I can handle the position.
