Brice and I talked with hi= at length yesterday, his wife does not wish to return to St Thomas unless h= finds a house that "they can own" (pay off) There really is very little on the house front, especially in the areas t=ey wish to live in. We have seen a number that still require repair and wou=d not be available for at least 3 months. The plan would be to find a 1 possibly 2 bedroom Condo or Apt, at leas= semi furnished. This would get him out of the hanger, which has become dif=icult, effecting his over all moral. This would at least give him the oppor=unity to bring his family down for a visit. While we would continue looking=for a house that fits their needs Noting Dupson wishes to return to FL to visit his family 1st week of June, c=n we purchase a ticket for him? Can we move forward with this approach?
