He followed the issue in the media and reached out t= you. That's how I understood it when we spoke on the island, but I w=sn't a 100% sure. If that is the case, it might beneficial if the Gov=rnor states that at the beginning of the meeting so these guys don't =hink you are running to him every time you have a problem with them. Additi=nally, I think we maneuvered them into stating we could ask the Commissione= to reconsider the 45 feet height restriction on the flagpole, particularly=since the permit hasn't been fully executed as yet. It is clear to me=the section referenced to limit the height appears to refer to attachments =n a building than a freestanding pole. Hopefully the Commissioner can preva=l with that.
