Frank Stella was commissioned years ago by the city of Miami to make an o=tdoor sculpture. As the city ran out of funds the piece was not completed. Frank being Fra=k, just forgot about it. So it has been sitting in shipyard and after having spoken to him, I want=d you to see it first.
