The cascading stairs are gone and it opens up the wh=le center area. In order to keep the symmetry of the plan, the newly proposed stairs to t=e east are encroaching onto the road. I think you anticipated that as well based on your s=etch. We will have to verify if this Is doable. The plaza at level +37 is a bit too la=ge but it may work incorporating it to the road. We have also moved the Living Room as you had sugges=ed slightly to the northeast. The spacing between the office and the Living Room i= now 25', exactly the same distance between the bedroom and kitchen. I am on a business trip the rest of the week and ret=rning Monday.
