Integrated essay First, the professor provides the opposite view regarding team work compared to the reading passage. Unlike effective brainstorm of the team work and quick co-decision mentioned in the reading, we hear that it takes too long to organize people and get the acceptance of everybody. Second, it was said in the lecture that it is not fair and very harmful to those individuals who put much more effort into the group work, but are not distinguished later.
