Console - Consolidate the footprint and modernize the technology at the =ecurity console. Security 101 will re-purpose the components =f the existing console where possible, eliminating the return portion =nd retain the area and plane that abuts the wall. 1. =he upper Four monitors will be removed from the rack space and replaced =ith Four, 19" LCD Monitors 2. The =ower four monitor bays will be dedicated to a Security Workstation, The =xisting Printer, The Building Control Workstation. An additional =9" LCD monitor in the lower fourth bay will be provided to be purposed =t the owners discretion. 3. A 49" =igh Definition LCD Monitor will be wall mounted above the Console to be =urposed either to view a full matrix of the cameras or any portion =hereof, down to a single camera. B. Camera Replacement = At the following locations, the =xisting analog cameras will be replaced with High Technology IP / =egapixel Cameras as deemed appropriate for each location based upon =ighting, resolution requirements and environment. Each will produce High Definition images for =oth live view and archiving through the existing ExacqVision NVR and =he American Dynamics Matrix System. Converters are provided as required to enable the =e-utilization of the existing coaxial cable infrastructure and to allow =he signals from the new cameras to be passed through the matrix and on =o the local and remote monitoring locations at the Front Door and the =afe Room. Replacement Camera Locations: 1. 6th Floor Balcony 2. Cellar Court Yard 3. Court Yard 4. Front Door Intercom S.=Front Lobby / Entry 6. Roof Top =ixed Camera 7. Service Door =ntercom 8. Side Entry C. =nbsp;Maintenance - As part of =he system revitalization, all remaining analog cameras will be cleaned, =ocused, tested, programmed and adjusted to insure the system is =elivering at peak performance levels. 2 EFTA_R1_02112635 EFTA02708883 D. Future =onsideration - At both Remote =onitoring locations, the Front Door and the Safe Room, The existing =onitors (eight in total) may be =enlaced with 6.4" LCD Monitors, utilizing the existing cabinetry.
