There were three =ecause we changed his ticket - Mr. Summers had requested the flights be =irst class, which wasn't available on all the flights at first, but =hen became available so we cancelled his original ticket and reissued =he ticket to be all first class. So there was an invoice for the =riginal ticket, then the second was a credit memo to say that the =mount had been reimbursed (for the cancelled ticket) and then the third =s the invoice for the reissued ticket (for first =lass).
