I am looking for an "investing =artner" to match (50%50%) the money Russian Venture Capital plans to =nvest in USA based Biotechnology. They will provide half of the =apital to develop a variety of technologies that are of interest to =heir country. For their investment they get commercialization =ights to the technologies they finance for Russia and the CIS. =or us, on the USA side, this is a major source of capital to start a =eries of companies that have great potential as therapeutic =echnologies, and we get commercialization rights for the USA, and rest =f the world markets. Basically, we get the rights that are =aluable to us at "half price". Over the =ext several years our plan is to identify seven/eight technologies that =re worthy of development. RVC has already agreed to finance the =irst (MAJI) and is looking at the next two—Prediction Biosciences, =nd OvationBio. I have several more currently in diligence. =The original Investor Presentation made in Moscow is =ttached) So, I am =ooking for a source of capital that thinks this is an interesting =nvestment theme, and is willing to consider the idea as something they =ight want to implement. My belief is that there is more money in =YC, seeking an investment home, then there are "quality =nvestment ideas". I could be wrong, but I have to believe that =eople running a lot of capital in New York would want to hear new, =reative, and GOOD new investment ideas.
