I have one suggestion. Carlos worked for Eden Landscapes who did the original design/ install at the Ranch and then for Aspen for 2 years Would you be open for Carlos to take the job on as Landscaper and bring on Jose Mendz to fulfill Carlos existing position Jose would have to live off Ranch, due to the family situation. If you approve of this solution, I will approach Carlos regarding this and confirm all details for both Carlos and Jose for your final approval.
