But the kids are happy... I am thinking of the small structure I will run for Ariane from October/November on. We will hire a few young talented guys to work with me (you inspired this, didn't you? :)). Any ideas of good people? Would love to have a European guy, an Asian one and possibly someone different like Fabrice. I will still have to make this work - because the structure of the Group is still not ready to have a bunch of guys with many ideas aimed at transforming stuff and moving fast...
