As a result, I am temporarily without an assistant, and I am not sure how to scan and send the entire deposition. I just looked through it and don't see where we agreed to keep this deposition under seal or confidential (although we did make such an agreement with respect to an exhibit that was attached, the flight logs). Still, I don't think any such agreement would apply to you at the State Attorney's office. Unfortunately though, I cannot attach the deposition, but here is the information you would need to order it - The case style was LM v. As to the helicopter, flying, he has not been granted permission until today and that was just to go to the airport?
