The attached psychological reconstruction was completed by Drs. , National Suicide Prevention Coordinator, , Sex Offender Treatment Programs Coordinator, , Mental Health Treatment Coordinator and Mr. , Correctional Services Administrator, Northeast Regional Office. A summary review of these and other recent reconstruction findings is forthcoming. Distribution of this report is limited to staff named in this memorandum. Recommendations at the conclusion of the report should prove beneficial to staff at the facility and will be used
