I then re-filed it with the exhibits. The result is that there are two docket entries for your declaration in Times v. B013, 20-cv-833. Both are attached here. I apologize for the mistake. If you think I should submit a letter to the Court explaining this, I'm happy to do so, or please let me know if you'd like to discuss.
