The Government has conferred with defense counsel, who have informed the Government that they are unable to provide a copy of those documents absent further order of this Court. Accordingly, the Government moves for a limited EFTA00040797 Honorable Alison J. The government opposes Ghislaine Maxwell's renewed bail motion, arguing that she remains a flight risk due to the seriousness of the charges, strong evidence against her, and her financial resources and foreign ties. The court had previously denied bail after a thorough hearing, and the government contends that Maxwell's new bail package does not alter the court's prior finding.
