The following information was noted. Morning Watch Shift: Lt. reported I/M on HA-Unit w/inmate companion pending bed space(SHU). Treaty Transfer return (Flight Can-x, due to, mechanical problems). Correctional assignment Sanitation vacated, due to, a shortage of staff. Control Center Fire Panel remains inoperative. Da Watch Shift: Lt. reported I/M (Code #111) placement on the Special Housing Unit. Correctional assignments Phone Monitor, 2 Sally Officer, 10 South #2, Rec Officer #1, Rec Officer #2 vacated, due to, a shortage of staff.
