They have access to electronic files from Florida office (the Palm Beach RA) and are in touch with one of the main case agents there, and the initial sense is that FBI Palm Beach is not resistant at all to us pursuing. From an initial poke at some of the electronic files, they identified at least three identified New York victims, including one who helped recruit other victims. In additions, the "scheduler" — who is among those to receive non-pros protection in the Epstein non-pros — often worked from New York. We are jointly coming with a gameplan. We conferred with and M, and they would like to have work the case with our team. I am okay with that if you are.
