FBI NY has access to electronic files from Florida office (the Palm Beach RA) and are in touch with one of the main case agents there, and the initial sense is that FBI Palm Beach is not resistant at all to us pursuing. From an initial poke at some of the electronic files, they identified at least three identified New York victims, including one who helped recruit other victims. In additions, the "scheduler" — who is among those to receive unprecedented NPA in the Epstein non-pros — often worked from New York. We are jointly coming with a gameplan. Given the NPA complications, FBI's view is that before we take the step of interviewing (or reinterviewing) victims, which could have the step of raising hope, we make sure Main will not be a hurdle on the NPA issue.
