I told her off the record (or possibly this part was on background, but in any event not with the understanding that it would have quotation marks around it) that our office contacted his lawyers, and they responded us there would be no interview, that it wasn't the case that we're still waiting to find out if they even received our inquiry. Based on that, she says `Andrew's lawyers have been in communication with the office' or however she phrased it, and says that's different from what you said.
