It is my understanding that historically these investigations have been done without conducting any interviews. A similar investigation occurred after the Whitey Bulger incident, again, it is my understanding that the BOP investigation did not interfere with OIG or FBI investigation into that matter. We can discuss this more during the 9:30 phone call.
