As discussed, if there is existing legal representation we can contact that person or persons directly, and if there is not yet existing legal representation but he retains legal counsel in the near future and we're advised of that, we can go through any newly-retained counsel rather than the various processes that would be required for someone who is not represented. We of course defer to you and your colleagues on the precise appropriate timing, and if you could please keep us advised on when you expect the outreach will occur (and then the result of that contact).
