The judge asked us to look into it which we said we were in the processing of doing. I was in court this afternoon on Tartaglione and peripherally his lawyer raised the fact that it doesn't appear that any video was preserved of the cell from Epstein's earlier attempted suicide. I'd like to have clarified response. He told the judge: "It's our understanding...that the video no longer exists, it was not preserved." Does that mean there was video but there is no longer?
