The case is currently being prosecuted in the United States Attorney's Office Southern District of New York. The name of the case is: United States vs. Ghislaine Maxwell The name of the defendant is Ghislaine Maxwell. The charges for which she is being prosecuted and of which other people and I are victims are enticement of a minor to engage in illegal sex acts, transportation of a minor to engage in illegal sex act, conspiracy and perjury. The other case of which status I am not sure due to the death of the defendant is: EFTA00080414 United States vs. Jeffrey Epstein Jeffrey Epstein had been arrested and since taken his own life while in confinement. He was part of group of people engaged in the criminal acts of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation of children.
